I’m not sure how people would describe me and I’m probably afraid to ask
so I’ll just tell you a bit about my background and some of what I love to do here.
I am a fully qualified PERSONAL TRAINER.
I offer 1 to 1 or small group sessions as well as FitCamp sessions which are suitable for all levels of fitness.
I also offer a ‘5 weeks to 5k’ progressive running programme designed both for beginners and those wanting to improve. This comprehensive 5 week training programme includes lots of practical advice regarding nutrition, injury prevention and more.
I qualified as a PILATES INSTRUCTOR in 2005 and I really enjoy my classes.
Pilates is a rehabilitative, prophylactic, relaxing & mindful form of exercise and has numerous benefits, including providing you with a strong base of support for everything from day to day activities to high level sporting pursuits.
It is suitable for all levels of fitness and strength and is beneficial in the recovery from injury. I offer video consultations, 1:1 sessions, online classes and face to face classes. I love to watch people’s progress as they improve with practice.
I’m a CHARTERED MUSCULOSKELETAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST with 21 years experience. My physiotherapy career so far has consisted of over 15 years service in the NHS including the specialities of Trauma & Orthopaedics, pre & post surgical physiotherapy & complex in and outpatient musculoskeletal rehabilitation. I've also been a club physiotherapist in semi-professional sport for 7 years & have more than 8 years experience in private clinical practice.
